Aeriepeek ("we", "us") runs aeriepeek.com, a product-research site for dropshippers. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups. Your email address and the plan you were interested in, if you chose one, so we can tell you when accounts open.
- Support chat. The messages you send to the support assistant and its replies, so we can answer you, improve the help we give and look into problems. With each message we store a scrambled code made from your IP address (not the address itself), used only to stop abuse and enforce chat limits.
- Support requests. If the assistant passes your question to our team, we store your email address, your message and the chat it came from so we can reply.
- Saved in your own browser. Your watchlist, profit-calculator numbers and current chat are stored on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database where the information above is stored.
- xAI (the company behind Grok) receives the messages in your chat so its AI can write the assistant's replies. Please don't put personal or payment details in the chat.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs supply the site's fonts and chart library, so your browser connects to them when the page loads.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until accounts open and you've been told, or until you ask us to remove you. We keep chats and support requests while they're useful for helping you and improving support, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email support@aeriepeek.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
Children
Aeriepeek is for people running online stores and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll tell people on the waitlist by email.
