These terms apply when you use aeriepeek.com and the Aeriepeek app ("Aeriepeek", "we", "us"). By using Aeriepeek you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Early access
Aeriepeek is in early access. The dashboard currently shows sample data, not real sales figures, while live data sources are being connected. Features may change, pause or be removed. Paid plans aren't available yet. When they are, their prices, billing and refund terms will be shown before you pay.
No guarantees about results
Sales trends, trend stages, winning scores, "weeks until crowded" and profit calculations are estimates to help your research. They describe past demand and are not predictions or promises that a product will sell or make money. You decide what to sell and how much to spend, and you're responsible for those decisions. Nothing on Aeriepeek is financial, legal or tax advice.
Support assistant
The support chat is answered by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, so check anything important with us by email. Don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.
Fair use
Please don't:
- Copy, scrape or resell Aeriepeek's data or pages in bulk, or use automated tools to collect them.
- Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the site, its chat or its API.
- Use Aeriepeek to break the law or the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.
- Misuse the support chat, for example to send spam or abuse.
We may limit or block access for anyone who does.
Ownership
The Aeriepeek name, site, design and software belong to us. Product names, brands and marketplace names shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
Availability and liability
Aeriepeek is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost sales, ad spend or other indirect losses from using or being unable to use Aeriepeek. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using Aeriepeek after a change, the new terms apply.
